Refund policy

You are entitled to notify us of your intention to return an order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in absolutely new and unused condition. Once you have informed us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the order to us.

Returning a Moulton Bicycle

To arrange a bicycle return, please contact us with:

  • Your original order number
  • The reason for the return

We may request photographs to demonstrate the bicycle is in a new and unused condition. Once we have confirmed acceptance of the return, we will advise you on the appropriate options for returning the bike to us.

 

Reporting a Fault with Your Bicycle

Every Moulton bicycle is quality-checked prior to despatch, and we want you to enjoy yours in perfect working order.

Should you notice any issue upon delivery, we ask that you:

  • Take clear photographs where relevant
  • Contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0)1225 865 895

Early communication enables us to resolve any matter swiftly and with the care and attention you and your Moulton deserve.

 

Returning Other Items (Non-Bicycle Products)

For all items purchased online (excluding bicycles), please follow the instructions below:

  1. Return item(s) unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact, within 28 days of delivery.
  2. Complete the Returns Note supplied with your order and include it in your parcel. Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number.
  3. We strongly recommend using a signed-for and appropriately insured postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that fail to arrive.

Reporting a Fault with Non-Bicycle Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault. All Moulton products are rigorously quality-tested to ensure they meet our high standards.

Faulty items must be returned to us for assessment. To arrange this, please call us on +44 (0)1225 865 895 or message us via our contact form.

 

    Exchanges

    The quickest way to receive the product you would prefer is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been received and approved, you can place a new order for your chosen product. This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.

     

    Refunds

    We aim to process all eligible refunds as quickly as possible and within 30 days of receiving your returned item.

    Please note:

    • Original postage and packing charges are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Moulton Bicycles.
