Below are the UK delivery options for bicycles, accessories and spares ordered through our website. Each product page displays an estimated production lead time range indicating when the item will be ready to be despatched from our factory.

Further down this page, you will also find shipping costs and estimated delivery times for our Heritage Bikes to destinations within the UK mainland and internationally.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, or international freight forwarders.

Bicycle ‘Ready to Ride’ Home Delivery (UK)

Have your bicycle delivered to your home ‘Ready to Ride’ and on a day that suits you. Once your Moulton is ready for despatch, we will contact you to confirm your order and arrange a convenient delivery date.

Your bicycle will be safety-checked at the Moulton factory and delivered in a dedicated cycle courier van. It will arrive unboxed and nearly fully assembled - simply attach the pedals and you are ready to ride.

This service includes:

Personal confirmation: we will call to confirm your order and arrange a named delivery day.
Pre-delivery inspection: every bicycle is fully inspected to ensure it is correctly set up and ready to ride. Please note tyres may show light signs of inspection testing.
Specialist courier delivery: delivered in a dedicated cycle-specific van. Only minimal assembly is required.
Accessories fitted where applicable: optional extras and carriers will be fitted prior to delivery. Separate accessories will be delivered with your bicycle.
Information pack: includes guidance on servicing and future safety checks.

Bicycle 'Collect from factory' (UK)

We are pleased to offer free collection of your new Moulton bicycle from our factory in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire. Once your bicycle has been built, inspected and is ready for collection, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.

Collection times are available:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Please do not travel to collect your bicycle until you have received confirmation from us that it is ready. If you have any questions before collecting your order, our team will be happy to assist.

Accessories & Spares Home Delivery (UK)

Estimated delivery times below apply once your item has been made. Production lead times are listed on each product page. In-stock items will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Please Note:

We use carefully selected, reputable couriers to ensure your goods arrive quickly and safely. All deliveries require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
Deliveries are generally made during working hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm).
If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour, attempt redelivery, or take it to a local depot. A card may be left with further instructions.

International Delivery

If you are based outside the UK and are interested in purchasing a Moulton product, please contact us with the items you require and your location.

We will either:

Put you in touch with your nearest authorised Moulton retailer; or
Provide a quotation including shipping, duties and taxes where no retailer is available in your country.

For international customers, VAT is not charged on our Heritage Bikes. Shipping is provided on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis where applicable, meaning any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.

Your Heritage bicycle will be carefully dismantled, securely packaged, and shipped in a protective box to help ensure it arrives safely.

We aim to dispatch all Heritage bike orders within 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will usually take place within the approximate delivery window shown for your destination above.

Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the courier service.
