NS D-PYLON

The Moulton NS D-Pylon is the ultimate expression of the New Series and the most structurally concentrated interpretation of Moulton spaceframe architecture. Constructed entirely from aerospace-grade stainless steel and finished in hand-polished mirror form, it replaces both the conventional seat tube and head tube with fabricated stainless pylons. Every principal load path is resolved through a dense lattice of small-diameter tubes joined by silver brazing. Unified rear fork construction, Hydrolastic® rear suspension and Flexitor® front suspension remain integral. The result is a rare machine - mechanically uncompromising, architecturally distinctive and engineered to the highest degree of structural precision.
